How is God calling YOU to get involved?

Since the mid 1990s, Dr. Robert H. Schuller and Pastor Robert A. Schuller have been building "spiritual bridges" to the people of the Chinese mainland. Through growing relationships with those in the Chinese government and potential China-project partners, our goal is to co-jointly minister spiritually as we meet the physical needs of people in the Gansu Province.

We are transforming our positive message of "possibility thinking" into "possibility doing" to bring God's love in tangible ways to those in need on the Chinese mainland. To accomplish this goal, $1 million dollars has been pledged.

Initiatives:

Wheels of Possibilities: We will partner with Ken Behring and the Wheelchair Foundation, in cooperation with the China Federation for Disabled Persons, to provide nearly 8,000 wheelchairs to persons in China, becoming a chairlift to his or her God-inspired dreams.

High Hopes, New Dreams: We will partner with Dandelion Middle School to provide children of rural migrant workers an opportunity to continue their education toward a brighter future. We want to let these children know that they're not left out of God's BIG dream.

Loving Hearts & Guiding Light Training: We will partner with the Beijing Int'l Committee for Chinese Orphans and Daxing County Handicapped Orphan & Foster Parents Training Program to provide physio- and occupational therapy training for those caring for handicapped foster children.

Stars of Tomorrow Scholarship Fund: We will provide scholarships/loans to reward excellence in education for tomorrow's possibility thinkers and doers in China, focusing on helping exceptional middle school students continue into high school after compulsory education ends with the ninth grade.

Light up Rural China Project: We will partner with the Light Up the World Foundation to promote renewable energy and solar lighting technologies to bring affordable, safe, healthy, efficient, and environmentally responsible illumination to rural people in China currently outside the power grids.

Possibility Doing Water Project: We will partner with the China Assoc. for Int'l Friendly Contact to explore ways to give a possibility-doing boost to rural families in remote, drought- and poverty-stricken areas of western China, building water storage wells to provide safe drinking water.

 "Silver Tigers" Mission to China

This is a call to the retired engineers, doctors, nurses, educators, lawyers, scientists, and teachers from around the world to use their lifetime of experience to help lift up the poor and poverty-stricken of Gansu. This is an all-volunteer team.
